After you agree to what's below we'll work with your insurance agent to get you signed up with at least five companies once we have some generic information on your company such as type of work wanted, service area, rates, etc.
This is an agreement between commercialhandyman.org and you.
Either party may cancel the agreement at any time with written notice to the addresses on file. Our address is 117 Michelle Dr. Johnson Creek WI. 53038. If the agreement is cancelled you agree not to do business with any company we put you in contact with for two years.
You are doing the work for other companies and if you're not paid for any job regardless of the reason, commercialhandyman.org is not responsible (held harmless) for the unpaid debt. We connect you with companies we have a history with who pay their bills, if we connect you with any new companies to us, we'll inform you to be cautious with how much they owe you.
You agree to use the phone number we supply you with as the contact phone number for all business from our sources which will forward to your current phone number.
After the first $5k in revenue you’re paid, you agree to pay commercialhandyman.org a 5% fee one month after the end of each quarter. This would be Feb.1, May 1, Aug.1, Nov. 1, on all work you’ve been paid for during the prior quarter from our sources, not to exceed $1,000 for any one quarter except for a 2% late fee, if you are late with your payment. You agree that we may audit your account with any company we've put you in contact with. Any work from other sources or your current customers are separate from this agreement.
